IAYSP Ilocos Norte Chapter commenced their Oath-Taking Ceremony

July 20, 2021 marks the birth of a new chapter of International Association of Youth and Students for Peace IAYSP Ilocos Norte Chapter as they complete the roster of officers and took the Oath Taking Ceremony via Google Meet Virtual platform. The event was graced by no less than the President of IAYSP-Pilipinas, Mr. Rene T. Lansangan; Vice-President, Mr. Froilan L. Matbagan, Jr., and Adviser of IAYSP Ilocos Norte Chapter, Mrs. Diana P. Del Castillo, a teacher at Ilocos Norte College of Arts and Trade (INCAT) Laoag City.

IAYSP Web Portal launched in Ilocos Region

January 11, 2021

The IAYSP – Ilocos Region started the new year 2021 with a launching of Web portal that will be used for mobilization of activities and education of its members. This project was initiated by Mr. Froilan Matbagan, National Vice President of IAYSP who is also residing in Region 1 with the support of Prof. Melchor Castro, an ICT professor at the Mariano Marcos State University College of Teacher Education. Prof. Castro also stand as the presiding IAYSP President in Ilocos Norte Province. Other present officers in the launching were Ms. Blessie Belle Ramos, president in La Union, Ella Ramos, president in Pangasinan and Mr. Myung John Degamo, Vice-President La Union.
